COVID-19 UPDATE

​We will provide updates here, should any changes occur to any of our short breaks and holidays. As we continue to monitor the ongoing situation with Covid-19 and in line with Government guidance, we have now opened our booking and reservation platform for all dates beginning March 2021.

 

Our Booking Guarantee means you can book your holiday safe in the knowledge that you are covered if the Coronavirus Pandemic results in the closure of Seashore Holiday Park prior or during your stay. It also allows peace of mind to those who have already booked, in knowing your holiday & money are safe.

 

Our Booking Guarantee covers all holidays with us, both existing & new. Any holiday affected resulting in the closure of park can be moved free of charge.*

 

Any 2021 holiday arriving outside of our closure date can be moved free of charge,

provided you give us a minimum of 6 weeks notice, holidays affected within 6 week notice period will only be refunded / moved on Government hospitality closure. You can move your holiday to any date up until the end of 2021 to secure dates only without selecting the accommodation, the holiday will be in the same grade caravan or above and the fee will be waived for this.  (Charges apply if there is an increase in tariff on revised chosen dates)

 

Any holidays arriving within 6 weeks are bound by our normal T&Cs regarding cancellation. To be covered by our booking guarantee you must pay your balance when due & follow our payment terms and make all requested payments in a timely manner. If you fail to make payment when your balance is deemed outstanding, you will not be covered under the guarantee and our standard terms are reverted too.

 

I have a booking with you & the caravan park is closed. If you have an existing booking with us with an arrival date during our closed period then a member of our Reservations Team will be in contact with you. There is no need to contact us.

​You will have the following options in the event of full site closure only:

  1. Transfer your holiday to new dates in 2021 free of charge.*

  2. If you don't know what dates you would like to move your booking to, the money you have spent can simply be held in credit & redeemed against a future holiday, again free of charge.

  3. Cancel your booking and receive a full no quibble refund.

* New bookings will be accepted with an arrival date outside of government closures,

last minute arrivals are unfortunately unavailable until further notice.

 

Our Booking Guarantee will cover any new/existing bookings that may have been affected in 2020.

I have a current booking, what happens next ? Our arrival policy has changed, if you are due to stay with us in the next four weeks we will be in contact to advise all changes to the process, please look out for messages via our secure message service. We cannot register your arrival with Haven without you providing these details.

 

Facilities and the amenities remain the responsibility of Haven and we will continue to provide accommodation only (Haven stay only accommodation) ensuring all guidelines are met, Some Haven facilities may be limited throughout your stay and we will not be liable for any refund for any third party facilities.

In the event of localised lockdown, we will discuss each booking on a case by case basis - our Covid booking guarantee applies to those who cannot travel due to Government guidance only, where the main hirer is located within the lockdown area only. Should you become ill during your stay, you will be asked to leave the caravan and journey back to your main residence, the caravan will be left for 72 hours before anyone re-enters - you will not be reimbursed whether in part or in full for any part of your break cut short, if your booking is affected by this closure we reserve the right to place you in alternate accommodation. Under GDPR regulations you consent on booking for us to share your information with those involved in the booking process and we will share your arrival details with Haven, this information will be stored by Haven for a period of 30 days to enable you to gain access to site during your stay.

You are requested to follow all safety measures and park rules in place whilst visiting Haven Seashore
