Covid-19 ( Coronavirus ) update

Thank you for visiting our website, we have currently taken the decision to no longer accept bookings in the short term due to the ongoing uncertainty, we would rather our guests book in the comfort of knowing they will enjoy their stay with us at Haven Seashore without the worry of cancellation.

Currently all Haven parks are temporarily closed for holidaymakers from 20 March – 16 April 2020.

We thank all those with current bookings for your patience during this time and we will be in touch on a month by month basis to advise on the situation further, please consider that many have booked dates in the coming weeks and we are giving priority to those due to stay in the next 2-3 weeks. We know and understand you have concerns about the current Coronavirus situation and how this affects your planned holiday with us but we will contact you as we know more.

The decision to accept no further bookings in the short term has not been made lightly, we are doing so to ensure the safety and security of our guests and owners who use this site as a portal. 

We have contacted everyone who has a break booked to advise on the current situation during this period, and will continue to advise with updates made available by Haven and goverment but we shall prioritise those who are booked to travel within the next 14 days days. We would like to thank our guests for their patience whilst we work through this as quickly as we can. 

We would also like to apologise to everyone for any disruption to our usual service or delays in responding but we thank you for your support.

We and all owners look forward to welcoming our guests back to enjoy a coastal break at Haven Seashore very soon, if you are looking to book a future stay at Seashore please keep an eye on this page for any changes and once all things are returning to normal our website will be made available.

In addition when we are back in full operation we and all owners on our site would like to show our gratitude for those supporting on the frontline so all NHS staff will receive an additional thank you discount on production of your NHS id on any booking.

If you have questions regarding your break that has been booked with ourselves please contact us through our secure messaging system, we urge you not to call as we may not be able to respond in a timely manner, we are also available on social media and we ask for your consideration during these uncertain times for us all.
